Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment can be made via Venmo (kathleen-scanlon-4) or Paypal. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The American Red Cross has designed our course model to be student-focused with logistics and risk management in mind. We maintain small, intimate group sizes to facilitate low instructor to student ratios, active training itineraries, and high-value experiential education. Thus, we have outlined a straight forward Cancellation Policy to assist in our goals.

UPON REGISTRATION: 100% of course fee due upon registration, $20 is non-refundable and covers all associated costs with registration. 

CANCELLATIONS:

*On or before 14 days prior to class, Student receives a 100% refund, excluding $20 deposit.

*Between 13 and 7 days prior to class, Student receives a 50% refund. 

*Between 6 days and the day of the course: Students will not receive a refund.

*Any cancellations made by American Red Cross will result in a full refund (including $20 deposit).
